Carrie Shusta

A Baltimore Maryland native, Carrie moved to the Harrisburg area five years ago where she took up the art of stained glass. Her style ranges from fun, kitschy smaller designs to larger panels drawing inspiration from traditional and vintage works. She specializes predominantly in the copper foil technique of construction made famous by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. Carrie hand draws all of her own designs and patterns making each piece truly unique. Her hope is to create art that can be handed down through generations and to create spaces that come alive through her work.-
