*wood oven pulled pork hash with roasted poblano cream sauce,
house fermented green chile sriracha, over easy farm eggs
*carved to order 16 hour smoked brisket or house made pit ham
*biscuits and sausage gravy

*three stars all natural yogurt and granola
*local mesclun mixed greens salad
with our homemade white balsamic vinaigrette
