This workshop is geared to create a space for making and processing the current world, events, and emotions in and around us. We will be taking a look at artists and techniques from the Abstract Expressionism era and experimenting with a variety of abstract processes in reaction to our individual experiences. No artistic background is necessary, all are welcome. Materials will be provided and students can expect to work with paint, drawing materials, traditional and unconventional methods.
