Private Events Room

Thank you for your interest in our private party and events room. Here at Millworks, we do not have a room rental fee and no deposit is required. We only ask that your party adhere to a minimum spend amount for the room’s usage.

Friday-Sunday we have a $600 minimum during the day. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday evenings are $700. Friday and Saturday parties are a minimum of $1000 in the evening. This simply means that the total amount of the final bill, with all food and beverages combined, meet this minimum.

Rooms

The Millworks offers two separate events spaces.

Our Artist Common Area is a room with one full wall of glass windows over-looking our outdoor patio. This room is typically used for casual or mix and mingle type events. The maximum capacity for this room is 50 guests, however seating is limited to 20.

Artist Common Area

Our Private Events Room is located on the second floor over-looking our main dining room. This space allows for a full sit-down dinner with the option for casual or more elegant feel. The maximum capacity for this room is 40 guests.

Private Events Room

Food

We are pleased to provide our guests with several different buffet menus that will cater to your food needs. All menu items will be ordered two weeks prior to the event with our private events coordinator. You will choose the time that your food will be served.

Drinks

These servers are also dedicated to guests to take all drink orders, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, bringing the drinks directly to your guests. All beverages will be added to the final bill.

NOTE: All details must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the event. We ask for a credit card at the time of booking. This card will not be charged, however, there will be a $200 charge to the card if you cancel your event within two weeks or do not show up for the event.
