The April Showers that bring May flowers are just around the corner.  Why not celebrate spring early and create your very own plant stakes?  Students will create 3 fused glass plant stakes using pre-cut pieces of fusible glass.  Students can learn how to cut their glass or use pieces already cut.  After creating your stakes, Kathy will fire them in a glass fusing kiln.  In approximately 1 week you will pick up your plant stakes at the millworks in Studio 215, Sycamore Shades Studio.  The time that you take to create your art is approximate and will depend on the design that you choose.

The class is $35.00 with an additional materials fee of $20.00 payable to the instructor by check or cash on the day of the workshop.  The $20.00 materials fee includes all supplies and firing.  If you have time and would like to make more plant stakes, extra supplies will be available for an additional $20.00

Classes are for ages 12 and up * ages 8-11 are welcome with an adult.
