CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Celebrate this month’s loving energy with some creative play and self-care. We’ll ease into the process with some journaling prompts and a simple HeartMath technique to reduce stress. Then we’ll paint with breath and color in a wild water doodle experience that activates and expresses the radiance of your intuitive heART.

You’ll end this class with a 9″ x 12″ Radiant HeART painting that looks and feels like bliss! No art experience required.

TEACHER BIO:

Michelle Lee is a holistic-living, nature-loving mom and 20+ year creative business owner. A heARTist, coach and catalyst for change, she’s focused on activating our co-creative power to heal, love and live free by building connection within ourselves, to each other and the natural world. She does this through a family of workshops on The HeARTwoken Way, a mystical fusion of art medicine (aka play) and mind, body, spirit practices available both online and in person.

The first Certified YogART Workshop Facilitator on the East Coast, Michelle is also as Certified a Tantra Yoga Teacher and Ritual Facilitator (RYT200), AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Facilitator. She is a Teaching Artist for ArtsQuest Creative Factory, and has been featured as MusikFest’s Demo Artist. She has exhibited at numerous galleries, is the creator of WickeDraw sensual open drawing sessions and is a Member of the Hazleton Art League.
